Kässbohrer: Steep upward trajectory – the new training centre

Vocational training has always been a priority at KÄSSBOHRER. For trainees, this effort is now culminating in a new state-of-the-art training centre.

In line with the maxim of a “steep upward trajectory,” KÄSSBOHRER Geländefahrzeug AG has built a new training centre for its trainees, paving the way for a steep career trajectory. The new building offers everything that is needed for successful training.

Among other things, the facilities include a complete machine room with the latest technology: lathes and milling machines, workbenches with accessories, an indoor crane and two workshop hoists. Industrial apprentices can try out all the theoretical content of the training directly in practice on two cars and their own PistenBully.

The facility also includes a fully equipped training room, separate lounge and state-of-the-art conference room. It is a matter of course for Kässbohrer that trainees are closely supervised and individually prepared for their future professional life. It is not without reasons that KÄSSBOHRER Geländefahrzeug AG is one of the best training companies in Germany.

As one of the finest, the company from Laupheim was awarded the accolade as one of “Germany‘s best training companies in 2020”.
