Pistentech: From old to new
This is the way that many piste vehicles are now being prepared for customers. PISTENTECH provides a one to two-year guarantee here on vehicle parts that have been replaced or refurbished to the highest standard.
The German dealer has entered into a company partnership in its home country, to offer refurbishment of the entire hydraulic system and the motor. “Drive, operational, winch and brake pumps are now available for PISTENTECH customers to buy at extremely interesting and fair prices,” Managing Director Antonios Karakikes reports.
Pump refurbishment is offered here not only for piste vehicles but also for all areas in which such machines are used.
Gearing & hoses
Thanks to a new supplier, PISTENTECH is additionally able to offer new planetary gearing and gear pumps. “Here too, at absolutely fair prices,” as Gloria
Karakikes from PISTENTECH marketing emphasises. Bespoke production of hydraulic hoses and hydraulic hose packages is available not only for piste
vehicle customers but for all prospective customers.
Here, PISTENTECH works together with one of the three largest manufacturers, which means in this area too it can respond quickly and individually as well as offering fair prices. “On request by the customer, we also supply new chains for used piste vehicles.
To this end, we have a longstanding collaboration with Hans Hall GmbH,” the Managing Director says. If customers want original chains, the chains are
ordered directly from the piste vehicle manufacturers.
With its expanded portfolio, PISTENTECH has once again demonstrated that the company gives its best for its customers, now in more than 50 countries around the world, as Karakikes emphasises: “Particularly in these economically difficult times of the coronavirus pandemic, ski resorts have to keep an eye on costs.
With our affordable services, we are the right partner!” Even special requests are can therefore be implemented professionally and flexibly. As such, for example, six PistenBully machines complete with modifications have been supplied in Asia for use in the tropical sugarcane industry.
A step towards green energy
Not least at PISTENTECH, green energy is not merely a catchphrase but rather the corporate philosophy in practice. As such, the company has installed a powerful 80 kW/h photovoltaic system on the office and workshop roof, with which it can generate its own e-power.
“Any power that we don’t use ourselves, we feed into the grid,” the Marketing Manager is pleased to report. For travel to the business, the boss and staff already use a range of e-bikes, and a company e-car has been purchased.
Further down the line, undercover parking spaces with an e-charging station are also being considered. Who knows: maybe PISTENTECH will also soon have an electric snowcat in its range! ts
